Animal Portrait Commissions

My animal portraits are realistic graphite drawings created with care and precision. Each hand drawn portrait can make the perfect, personal gift. See below for the commission process!  

Prices

My portraits are usually completed with a plain white background, but if you prefer it to be different, I'm happy to adjust this for an additional cost.

The above prices include one animal per drawing, however the cost for multiple animals will have a price increase. You can enquire about this in the 'contact page'.

Reference Photos

When sending a photo reference of your animal, please ensure a high quality reference photo.

The best conditions for your image would be near a window or outside to provide the best lighting.

The better your photo, the better the drawing! Particularly see that the eyes in the photo are visible as they really bring the drawing to life and produces the best character of your animal! 

If you're unsure on which photos are suitable, feel free to email a variety so I can offer advice! 

Ordering your commission

Once you've decided on your drawing size and chosen some suitable reference photos, all you need to do is use the contact form (in the 'contact' page) to get in touch!

The completion time can vary so please keep this in mind if you need the portrait completed by a certain date - a minimum of 1 month before your due date please to get it to you in time!

To secure your commission, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining payment can be made once the drawing is complete.

Drawing process

You can either choose to have progress photos along the way or wait till the drawing is complete.

Commission completion

When the drawing is finished I will send you photos of the artwork and if you're completely satisfied the remaining amount can be paid. 

 

Your reference photo will have 100% privacy unless you give permission for it to be shown on socials. This is because  most of my work is shared on my socials so you can also see process photos there too! 

I will then arrange for the drawing to be sent safely to you!
